Yankee Thai exists to tell the story of Thai food as it’s lived in America, by those of us who grew up between two cultures. We cook from a second-generation Thai-American perspective, bringing the rigor of fine dining to the flavors of home without chasing stars or asking permission to be “authentic.”

Every pop-up is part meal, part design and part performance: a place where tradition and reinvention sit at the same table. We believe brilliance in Thai food can come from many directions, and ours starts here.
